I work primarily in paint (acrylic and oil) and printmaking. My background in graphic design informs my sense of order, color, image hierarchy, type, and composition. My background in wildlife biology and the sciences have never been far from my ideas.

I direct my passion, skill, knowledge and curiosity to reflecting the world we live in by using imagery, abstraction, humor, and color. I include landscape plants, animals and people, but I seek to capture the essence or vibration of these things rather than just the image.
